Short-term: Deploy a 45-satellite IoT edge constellation in sun-synchronous LEO, delivering LoRaWAN connectivity and sovereign edge processing across Africa. Demonstrator mission 2026, operational constellation by 2027.
Mid-term (3-5 years): Establish space-based data centers with GPU-accelerated orbital nodes and 100TB+ storage clusters, creating latency-optimized compute infrastructure in orbit.
Long-term (4-10 years): Provide precision launch vehicle services with 300-1000kg payload capacity, mission-tailored orbits, and end-to-end vertical integration for sovereign space access.
